Biohazard & Sanitation
Biohazard cleanup's involve cleaning, sanitising & removing hazardous materials. such as blood, bodily fluids, animal waste & other contaminants. The end goal is to restore the area making it a safe and habitable area once again.
Sanitation cleans focus purely on reducing bacteria & viruses to a safe level. Using specialist equipment & techniques. At HFC we have all the relevant qualifications to carry out this work to a high standard. Environments where this may be necessary & we are qualified to carry out the work in are, offices, schools, pre-schools, homes, holiday lets, communal areas, etc. We do not offer this service for medical environments.
End of Tenancy
This is a top to bottom thorough clean aimed to return the property to it's original move-in condition. If you can touch it, it get's cleaned.
Mental Health Clean
With any mental health issue cleaning is often the last thing you want to do but having a clean space is key for your mental health. we understand that things get on top of you and there just aren't enough hours in the day, as well as finding the motivation.

Rescue Cleans
This differs from a mental health clean. This could be a deep clean of a specific area or full house. A rescue clean may be necessary for multiple reasons. Perhaps an elderly person who isn't as mobile as they once were, and things have gotten on top of them. other reasons may be, reduced eye sight, post operation, bereavement, disability, the list goes on.
Rest assured, we can help, personal possessions will be handled with care, we are fully confidential and we would never judge a customers space.

HMO's can get out of hand with multiple people using a shared space, we won't just empty the bins and hover, you will know when we've been in & cleaned!
Included in these cleans are washing machines & tumble dryers as we've noticed these areas get neglected.
Oven Cleans & White Goods
This involves removing built up grease, grime & food residue.
